• Hosts are responsible for activity in rooms they create.

4) Accounts and donations

Creating a permanent account is optional. Donations support the project. When your cumulative donations reach our posted threshold, we mark your account as ad-free. We do not store card data; payments are processed by Stripe. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5) Ads

6) Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, including games, code, and art. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use it for non-commercial entertainment.
